In relation to wheel dimension what might be the issue? Seems a bit odd that it would have anyhting to do with the frame?

Seems it can only be a very small file so the quality is quite limited - you can however clearly see that marks that the tyre have made into the plastic bits

Whenever I sit on the saddle without holding the handlebars or REALLY stomp the pedals my tyre hits the small "cup" the the elasto roller sits in - any idea if this is a setup failure or just the wau it is?
