I have lost this part and can't use the trainer without it.
I can't find it anywhere. The only sets I find are the ones with the 135X12mm Adapters.

Can anyone help me out?

The trainer is not usable at is right now.

10sec intervals worked out on the side of ok.
It was from 130 to 490 watts, which took about 2 seconds to adjust.

But what about the respons on a power change? So when you interval for example changes from 100 tot 200 Watt. How long does it take before you are hitting the 200 Watt? In my Training Sessions in Zwift using the ERG-mode it is +-5Watts with some spikes +-10Watts.
I have experience with other trainers, but it seems OK to me.

It is essential to ride in a low gear. I ride on the small chain ring and the second biggest cog (25).

It was the chain.
I got my bike back today and the installed a new chain.
Now everything is running just fine.

It's not while in ERG mode.
It's in every mode, and even start pedalling in a small gear feels like riding up a wall

I really apreciate your help! The wear of the chain is in deed a possibility or a problem with the freehub. If it was that simple...
I already set up my gears but it does not help.
They shift perfectly up and down but the noise remains.
There is no setting, where the chain glides smoothly.

I hope my bike is back tomorrow, then I will make another test run.

I am in contact with the shop where I bought the trainer.
I rode about 2500km with my chain, they said, that this could be the problem.
I will change my chain and will report back how this works out.

I have the same on my Direto XR.
The start is pretty hard.
