Can I connect a 7x2 speed bike to my Elite direto XR
I have my regular 11 speed cassette on and I have spare 7x2 speed bike. I would like to make that my stationary bike and permanently connect it to the trainer. How can I do that?

I have an Elite Direto XR trainer. I live in London. I have lost part E which forms part of the hub for the Quick release wheel to sit on the trainer. Where can I buy a spare part in london? Any leads will be much appreciated. Thanks
