I have the exact same problem. Mine knocks so much that I can feel it through the crank. Getting off the bike and turning the crank by hand and spinning down, the knocks are so violent the bike visible shakes. I need some help to solve this problem please.

Anything? Tech Support? My trainer is 100% down for a week. Need some assistance please.

On a recent Zwift ride, I starting getting a loud clicking noise. It click about every second, louder on spin down. You can feel the clicks through the crank and it vibrates the entire bike. When I get off the bike, and spin up by hand, you can visibly see the entire bike shake with every click.

I suddenly have the exact same problem. What was your solution?

I just re-calibrated, but that did nothing. The resistance doesn't change, my maximum effort power is around 250W (my FTP is 288). I even tried with and without ERG in workout mode and there's no difference.

2nd time this has happened. Actual bike time 1:30:32, average speed 12.83km/hr, 19.33 km. Strava info; 26:50, avg speed 43.2 km/hr, 19.3 km

I had the exact same issue yesterday, actual time riding was just under 2 hours of climbing at around 10 km/hr. Strava has the correct distance at 19km, but completion in 33:19 and an average speed of 34.3 km/hr (up the Col du Tourmalet , thats got to be a new TdF record).
