The XR Team doesn't support virtual shifting yet, but Elite said that it's coming this spring.

Re: XR-T recognized as XR
Nothing is wrong.
Version 87 of the firmware is the latest for my HW rev 5 XR-T as well, and an XR-T is identical to an XR except without having a cassette so it does look like an XR to the app.

Re: Direto XR problems with ERG mode
Don't change your cadence. The trainer may take a few seconds to adjust the resistance to a new power level. If you pedal faster then it will decrease resistance because higher cadence needs less resistance to produce to same power. So don't "chase" the power level. Keep a constant cadence...

Re: Squeak on startup
I think you're probably referring to Level Mode in the MyEtraining app, where you can manually set the resistance. But I can't be sure without more context.

Re: How many spacers with DIRETO?
Your reply " ask the help of a mechanic to understand how many spacers are required " appears very unsatisfactory. I would expect that you provide clear guidance regarding the sapcers to be used on the Direto XR - depending on the cassette & speeds used for the bike. Bikes aren't made...

Re: Direto Firmware v88
Yes, that's the problem then. Zwift won't pair the Click unless it can see a trainer that supports virtual shifting. In this article from Elite, they say that virtual shifting is coming for several other trainers, including the Direto, in Spring 2025 (northern hemisphere since Elite are in Italy) ht...

Re: Direto Firmware v88
You mean Zwift can't find the trainer? Because the Cog itself isn't something that you pair.
Maie sure you are pairing the trainer over Bluetooth (virtual shifting won't work over ANT+) and that the trainer is on the latest firmware.
Is your trainer a Direto XR?
