How do you open a ticket?
It seems very difficult to get any answers from Elite Support at present. I have made posts, sent private E-mails, but no response. Amongst the posts I found a reference to a support website where I found a form to "open a ticket". The catch here comes right at the end of the form after on...

Distance to next slope change
Here's a suggestion that would enhance the usefulness of MyEtraining. When working with Maps the current slope is displayed on the screen. However it is unclear when the current slope will change to the next slope. It would be very helpful if the distance to the next slope change could also be displ...

Re: calories calc a bit low?
Hi, Interesting that you raise this topic. I have long argued with Elite, Kinomap and others for an informed calculation of calories consumed but to no avail. They all take the position that since no-one else has complained why should they do anything about it. The fact is that the calories consumed...

Re: descent unusual speed (too slow
With reference to this topic, I had also noticed that the downhill speeds did not accord with what can achieve outside. However I have also found when working with Kinomap, that if one applies a correction for gravity (essentially calculate speed from the power signal), then one certainly can achiev...

Re: Slope Inversion
Its done it again!!! This time with a different route map. At about 22 km into a 50 km route the slope control was inverted so that downhill became more difficult than uphill. To correct the problem I ended the session and re-started the route starting from the distance at which I had stopped. Then ...

Re: Slope Inversion
Further to my earlier post, I am running MyEtraining on a Samsung Xcover 4 smart phone (model SM-G390F) running Android 9, and connected by Bluetooth to my TUO trainer.

Slope Inversion
Struck a problem yesterday with slopes inverting. While training in map mode I made about three pauses and then resumed training. After the third pause, about 20 km into the session, I suddenly noticed that the slope resistance control had inverted - negative slopes suddenly presented higher resista...

Re: Update for MyEtraining
After riding numerous sportives around Germany I have had a chance to evaluate the long awaited updated MyEtraining software. My first impression of the blue tooth connectivity is that it now seems to work seamlessly. It connects to the trainer (TUO) without any trouble, and I have had no more issue...
