i have sent it 2 times but it dont matter i have fixed the problem using other forums so i am now into the my-e trainer but nothing works on it every option every button to set up now askes me to pay for a subscription i thought i had 12 months free i dont get it if its free why is every thing extra

i am having the same problem i bought a Rampa and cant get it to work with the program rubbish

I have just bought a Rampa and it come with 12 months subscription i have registered and downloaded the software but when ever i try to use it i cant get past select protacol there are 2 options ant+ and Bluetooth but i dont have the option to select any of them so cant move on its been 3 weeks not ...
