This topic can be closed. Looks indeed like a wahoo problem, they are aware of it and are working on the issue.

Average Power issues (Direto XR and Wahoo Bolt)
When using the direto and the wahoo bolt I lately get really strange values. No difference between running via software (Rouvy) or directly from the Bolt. The average wattages looks almost like the MAX wattage in a ride, see attached pictures. For example my NP is 226 but my average wattage is 362. ...
