My trainer has only just started doing this after being fine for many months. It's when I start a training plan/module - it will remain at way past my FTP and it won't come right unless I pause/restart the ride 2-3 times (using the companion app in Rouvy). Is this a firmware thing?...or is something...

I actually have a Direto XR chain issue also, but mine is the XR model that came with the 11-speed cassette pre-installed that matches my 2015 Scott Spark I use on it. It has been working fine for many months, but now also makes quite a noise like the chain isn't aligned properly. I have checked the...
