I've just got the reply from the support. Solution is quite simple - after disabling the `Stand alone/plugged in trainer` option via MyETraining app, the trainer works well with structured workout via FE-C both on garmin edge 1040 and on forerunner 255. https://elitesrl.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles...

Any updates on that? Looks like, I'm having exact same issues on a Edge 1040 and Forerunner 255 devices.
