Re: Calibration failed

Re: direto erg mode in zwift
After I bought Directo II new and use with AppleTV/Zwift in ERG mode it worked (was a bit slow like 10 seconds) but worked fine. But, over time ERG got slow and slower and now doesn't work at all. What can I do to 'reset' the Directo and/or apply firmware patch to fix the ERG problem on the Directo...

Re: Direto Response Time
Hello, Unfortunately a home trainer is used mainly with Zwift or Trainerroad, for example in Zwift the new plans are not modifiable nor adaptable to the latency of the Direto, with very short fractions of some excercices, the Direto does not allow to validate the 'excercise. For me the Direto is goo...

Re: Elite Direto - no resistance and strange clicking noise
Hello, I went on the side of the dark force and my feeling is that I did very well. The reliability of the Direto does not seem to me to the height for 4 training per week, the design of the belt tensioning roller is its weak point, the bearing is too small, sooner or later everyone will have these ...

Re: Elite Direto - no resistance and strange clicking noise
Alas the Direto is gone today! But now I understand why the calibration drifted down every week and the popping noises. The damaged belt loses its resistance to the rhythm of the sessions and the calibration was always on the decline. The Assitance Elite, so offered me to adjust the belt, but ...

Re: Elite Direto - no resistance and strange clicking noise
Hello Elite, I bought the Direto the 12/04/18 I use it 4 times a week. I just finished a long session of 1h30 on Zwift, at the end of the session the Direto made noises of "clack" several times and now it is hard all the time, the pedaling is not at all fluid it is jerky, and the direto no...

intervals with MyETraining training mode
Hello Elite, For what reason does MET in training mode still not allow to mark the intervals automatically? Zwift does it, garmin does it, when we do a training the goal is still to be able to analyze each interval separately, MET systematically export a TCX file with a single interval ... Have a go...

Re: Direto power off by around 50 watts
We check the tension of the belt unit by unit here in our factory. But it may happen - especially with time - that the belt loose a little bit of power, due to usage. This will cause a drop in the offset value. In your case, I don't think this is the problem (it's not possible that the belt is loos...

Re: Latency of the direto in ERG mode with Zwift
Hi Direto adjusts resistance using a stepping motor. When requested power/slope changes, the motor moves a magnetic arm to match the requested value. Of course this movement requires some seconds. Also, the software will add other seconds of delay (it has to verify the data, see the variation, send...

Re: Latency of the direto in ERG mode with Zwift
Hi, I repeat my graph above, to add a precision. I took the selection # 1 which corresponds to the points in the Direto precision range which is +/- 2.5% or according to the requested power 210w. The range of points is between 204.75w - 215.25w First observation, the average power of the selection #...
