Hello people.

Was just giving my Direto (original) some maintenance and found this top plastic screw thing (not really sure what it is) to be loose and moves around quite a bit. Should this be loose? The bottom one isn't.

Seems the new Wahoo firmware hasn't fixed the problem. Have emailed them again for an update.

Hi. Any Direto/Sufferfest users experiencing extremely low speed on SF app? I set up my Direto as per instruction by Elite and Sufferfest (selected the Elite Direto Trainer from dropdown box in SF settings (173mm wheel size) but I'm getting very low speeds, like 0.4km/h at 100watts. I have approache...

I also approached Wahoo and sent them my log file and .FIT file of the issue. There communication has been good but I'm not confident of a fix anytime soon. I pointed out to Wahoo that I had switched from Garmin to Wahoo due to Garmin's glitchiness and lack of support.

Hi. I'm having exact same issue with my new Direto and Elemnt.
Elemnt seems to hold speed OK until you ramp up the trainer to above 30kph, then speed drops to as low as 6kph.
Will try with the Elite E-trainer app. Any response from Wahoo?
