Does the Drivo use ftms bluetooth?

I agree with you Martin - if there is a firmware update i want it , perfectly reasonable request .
I have a Drivo and would like it to be up to date but do not know how to do this .

I have a Drivo trainer and it is great but it has developed a fault (on high gradients , say above 10% , the resistance slips for a split second , it feels like wheel-spin if in real world ).Is there a belt inside that needs replacing or tightening? If so where do i get one ?

The instructions on the app. says it can be used by more than one user . But that must mean entering different details (weight etc) for second user.
I ca'nt work out how this is achieved . I only seem to be able to save information for one rider at a time .

I am interested in the in app perchase (pedaling analysis). It gives a price but does not indicate if this is for life ,per month or per year .I have a Drivo with liftime use of My e-training .
