Slightly off topic, but how did you contact Elite?
I've made posts on this forum, but none of them have appeared here, and I've also emailed support a couple of times, but after some weeks I've still not had a response about my (different to yours) issue. I can't find a phone number for them.

I only use My e-training to calibrate my Direto. (Win 10 laptop) I now have a pop-up message saying my subscription expires in 15 days, and I must purchase a subscription for €19.99. I object in principle to having to pay to calibrate my Direto. Is this correct, do I really have to pay a subscriptio...
