Drivo doesn’t start up. Permanently locked with blue light on middle LED only. No whirring noise etc.. tried on and off several times. No connection to computer etc.. tried pedalling to ‘wake up’. Nothing

Hello Had a Drivo for 2 weeks no problems. Plugged in today and middle light comes on (blue) and just stays on. No whirring noise or power up or anything. Tried switching on and off. Made sure no other device on. Still a problem. Unit not visible from computer either. Any dongle in computer recognis...
