I have a Zumo and often when I start the resistance is too high. Using either Zwift or the Elite iOS app I have to pedal very hard to get only 40 watts. I can verify that I have completed calibration twice on my Zumo using the iPhone app. Both times were after rides of approximately one hour. Then I did the spin down calibration from advanced configuration in the app. If you have an iPhone or Android you could try the app and see if the calibration ...

I had to adjust my Zumo legs as well. You have to twist on the rubber pad only, not the collar the goes from the leg down to the rubber pad. One of the legs was very easy to turn, but the other two were very difficult and there’s not much of the rubber part to get a grip. Just keep trying to unscrew...
