I`ve got the same problem uninstalled and reinstalled twice still not working , I am running windows 10 does that make a difference ?

uploading route from Ride with GPS
Hi I have just purchased a Elite Direto and was wondering if its possible to upload my rides from Ride with GPS or Strava onto My e-training Desktop so that I can use them in my winter in doors program
