I am using zwift and I am not able to use any of the higher gears. I don't trust that my watt readings in Zwift are correct. Can I calibrate the Real Power trainer?

The software side of this trainer is a HUGE disappointment. It doesn't even seem like there is any effort to make the experience enjoyable for the consumer. Not a product I can recommend to others based on my experience. Sadly I bought the trainer and am not happy.
