Hi admin - over here! Please could you address the posts in 'active' about the app not working as it keeps asking for an age but won't accept one?

Im glad ive found this topic. It’s happening to me also ive returned my turbo back to the shop thinking it was broke yesterday and upgraded from elite novo smart to elite muin smart direct drive and im still experiencing this problem. It wont let me use any features it says age not set. When set thru parameters i go on to setting up sensors and choosing my turbo and it still hasn’t worked also hasn’t saved my birthdate.

Please elite shed light on this im missing important training as im a time triallist on a strict plan

Oh good it’s not just me then, I am having the same issue this morning, very annoying, it’s got to be the app as I is happening on my iPad iPhone and Mac I do hope they get this sorted as I rely on it for my daily training before work.

Me too - I've got the same "age not set" problem.

Now I can't use or adjust the watts or use it as a smart set of rollers.

Seems to have happened in the last week of July 2019.

Come-on Elite - please get it sorted.

My guess is an APP issue
