Direto X suddenly no power or cadence

Hi there my wife has a direto x which I purchased in February 2020. Today the trainer is discoverable on zwift and elite training app however there is no power or cadence reading. I have disconnected everything and reconnected but still nothing. I have a saris h3 and have no problems with that but my wife runs the direto. Can you please help at all??? I have checked its updated etc and will connect via Bluetooth and Ant+ but still no readings. It worked yesterday but not today.
