Direto with Shimano 105 R7000 long cage

Hi. I'm sure this may have been covered but cant find the thread.
Can anyone confirm if a shimano R7000 longcage derailer works on the original Direto?
With a 11-32 or 11-28
I'm getting mixed opinions.
