Hello all. Any help appreciated. Drivo suddenly stopped being recognised by zwift with either ant or blue tooth. If it is recognised resistance doesn't work. When turning on, it nolonger makes the short buzz noise. Anyone any advice. Have reinstalled zwift, no difference. No firmware upgrades via upgrade needed. I cant seem to find contact details for elite customer support, anyone have a mail address?

Several people reported a resistance issue on several models. Looks like elite drivers got hacked... Hopefully they will fix it soon

Lots of postings on this very subject dating as far back as 2017. I am having the same issue myself.
So far, Elite support team is not actively addressing this issue. I would guess they either want you to trade up to a new model or go elsewhere.

Sorry Paul Hudson I just said that as a joke, but the fact is really several people got their home trainer having similar problem since December.
But as pointed out by Sony kogin same is being reported for years. The thing is my HT is brand new and is a suito, so not quite the cheapest already.

Create General form with all the customer reporting this issue.

Hi,
I am having the same problem with my elite direto xr. It is connected to zwift but is not changing the resistance. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

In my case I contacted the support and they sent me a new motherboard that I replaced. Since then it works fine.
I don't know if the same would apply to your home trainer.

I would guess they either want you to trade up to a new model or go elsewhere.

Check Physical Connections:
Ensure that all cables are securely connected to the Drivo and that there are no visible signs of damage.
Check the power source and make sure the Drivo is receiving power.
