I have a direto, probably first generation, can simulate up to 14% ascents. Thinking of upgrading to new direto xr but are the upgrades worth it? Will I notice a difference? Hoping to find a better sprint?

There are some difference, of course, as we have tried to improve the trainer in every upgrade.
Bu I don't think it justifies a new purchase in my opinion (I know, it's opposite to our interests )
Unless you are considering to purchase the Rizer accessory... which is compatible only with the XR.
