hi, I am new to the forum I am trying to use My E training, have scanned the qr coupon which gives me 12 months free and it states my renewal is due 18th NOv 2018 yet when I select to do a test it’s asking for £17:99 to become a mamber. I’m confused. Help?

the app is showing "Renewal Date 10/14/21"

I see no posibility -> Button for buying a new subsciption -> for the new period
