Hi !
I got a set of Quick Motion rollers for Xmas which I tried this morning. After a few minutes I managed to ride them with both hands, so it is not as difficult as I was expecting, but I have a problem with static electricity building up while riding and everytime I touch the metal garage door I get a chock.
I was thinking about buying an antistatic wrist band to earth myself. Will it work ?
Cheers
Jay

How bad is the shock? If you wire your bike or wrist to the aluminum door, it will provide a circuit to continuously discharge .

Humidify the room a little (this should help).
Also try changing your clothes and the tire
