E-Motion rear roller very loud

Hi Elite Team,

i have a e-motion trainer for Training for 5 years .

Recently, the rear roller has become very loud. Sounds like the ball bearing is broken.
Can I get the role (or the ball bearing) as a spare part? And is there any instructions for the installation?
