Supercrono HydroMag. Strange noise after warmup

Greetings!

I own of Supercrono HydroMag, which I bought last year. A few months ago I had noticed that after warmup trainer began to transmit strange noise like a tractor or some kind of flywheel. Now every time when I spin the trainer with moderate power that noise starts to sound. When I switch to resistance level 5 that noise became quieter. Unfortunately, Zwfit recommends using resistance level 4 so the noise becomes loud again.

What can I do to solve my issue?
