Elite TUO power meter not working

Hello all, after riding about 600 km in Zwift my Elite TUO power meter suddenly stopped showing any data. All the time is showing 0W. I tried it in zwift on PC and Android through ANT+, BT and Zwift companion. I also tried it in myEtraining app, but still power meter is showing nothing. I have the newest firmware. Cadence and speed is working. What can be wrong? How can be this fixed?

I have similar problem but just after some weeks, during the activity suddenly the data from cadence and speed do not show, but sometimes the power is being shown, after some minutes the data is coming again then after just few seconds and nothing .... yesterday I have rided an half hour till the trainer could start to work again .... then after it has worked for 1 hour. But today just some minutes and nothing is shown.
The blue led is on and does not blink
Very frustrating I have opened a ticket

Both cases seem due to some malfunctioning of the internal speed sensor.
