Suito indexing noise with SRAM RED 12V

I’m facing indexing noise on Suito T and SRAM 12V. Using the same configuration on wheel and on trainer. On wheel all works very fine without any issues or indexing noise. On Trainer the noisy occur on all cogs. If I micro adjust the rear derailleur on the trainer I’ll have to (re) adjust when I put back the road so how to fix it? On user manual the direction is to use the xdr adapter without any ring but without ring the noise is worse yet.
