Hi!

I've been using the Elite Direto for a couple of years and have never experienced any issues but the other day the Erg mode stopped working all of a sudden.

I've tried in both Trainerroad and Zwift and it seems to be the same problem in both. The trainer just doesn't change the resistens automatically anymore. If i put on a light gear and pedal slowly my power will be much below target instead of increasing the resistens so that my power is on target.

What can I do?

Run my e-training and select level mode (it's available even without subscription).
Pedal at constant speed and increase gradually the level.
Do you feel the resistance change?

If not, the problem may be on the electronic board.
