Elite Justo Trainer Lockup

I just got an Elite Justo trainer. However, it randomly increases the resistance until I cannot pedal anymore. Also, my trainer got shipped with the wrong power adapter plugin. How do I get another plugin? I live in the US so I need the plugins with the straight-thin prongs. I got sent the round ones.

About the resistance, I've replied on the other post.
About the power supply, you have to contact the shop where you've purchased it to understand why they sent you the wrond power supply.
Of course if you've purchased the trainer from a different country it may be correct... in this case you can purchase the power supply on our online shop
