Direto XR T no longer provide various/smart resistance.

Had happened various times before also, but always solved the problem with disconnect/connect or restart pc/third part program.

Now nothing seems to help.. Tryed sw update, BT, ant+, another computer etc. It will connect like normal, but not provide smart resistance in either normal or erg mode.

The problem may be on the internal motor or on the electronic board.

First thing to try is to clean the motor screw as indicated in this link:
