It asks me which trainer I am using.
Can you tell me please what to choose because mine device is not listed.

Attention, the Qubo Digital Smart B+ should be connected as a controllable trainer.
Are you using an iOS device?
If it is so, you have to choose power and then you will see the controllable trainer option.
