NOVO Smart won't change resistance

Recently bought new novo smart and it worked great for 2 rides now it won't change resistance not on zwift, myetraining app or using garmin 520. I have used both ant+ and bluetooth connections and have a seperate speed and cadence sensor. Any ideas what I can do as getting very frustrating now.
