Knocking Noise

I have had my trainer for about 6 months. It started making a knocking noise similar to other posts on your forum. Yes, I have taken the cassette off and put it back on and no, there is no play with the cassette. I have searched the forum and found several posts regarding knocking noise--but no answers except to check the cassette. The noise is more internal. I have seen the popular answer to make a video and send it to you. I am not confident that this is an adequate answer you can not do diagnostics via a video. As I have some mechanical experience the sound the trainer is making sounds like bearings are shot. I took the cover off and there is no excessive belt wear and the belts appear to be in line.
