Upload not posible

Hello Biker,

i try to load up my new Video from Tramin Südtirol, but after 650Mb from 1,85Gb the Upload faild....
Now the Upload will not start new, it will start by 650Mb but it gos 10Mb more and than it will be start again fraom 650Mb .....

How can i reset the Upload to start by 0.... ?
