Hello,
I have downloaded a "myRealVideo" (Col de la Madeleine) on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 and then started the Video. The trainer (elite Rampa) and sensors were connected and the profile was shown, the information like power, hear frequency, cadence, slope of the clime.... However, there was a black window rather than the movie of the climb. Is there anything to do? A problem with the video, an issue with the settings (what to change) or an issue with the tab (incompatible?).

Hi
It resulted that the problem was due to some server problems we have had some days ago.
Delete the course and download it again and all should work properly.
