Every one of the MyRealVideos ive downloaded to run give the following error. See attachment 2.
Example, Alpe d'Huez looks like it downloaded fine (attachment Huez1) but when I try and run the program I get the following error (attachment Huez2). What's the fix?

Course looks to be 9 miles long - As soon as click START, I immediately get TRAINING ENDED.
So far, every video I've tested errors out.
What's the fix?

j'ai le même message d'erreur avec une vidéo que j'ai mis en ligne ( Col des saisies). Il semble que ce soit la qualité de l'enregistrement qui est trop forte. J'attends la réponse des programmeurs de Elite mais pour le moment je n'ai toujours rien reçu.

¿Why are the videos not verified before putting them for download? I have tried several and they present different errors.

18407288 Fecchio (damaged)
18689702 Bobbin Head (damaged)
18906716 Chilton Heights (Lots of vibrations. Hinder your vision)
19039600 Sankt Andrae (damaged)
19241591 Kiroldegia urtatzako pantanoa (until the middle of the video doesn't advance, circulates through pedestrian areas and forbidden direction, stops to speak)

They should improve these aspects if they want to have more users.

There are a lot of new videos every day. We cannot check them one by one and we trust our users to not upload bad videos (or at least to delete them when they notice)

I have the same error it seems indeed that the player does not support some format whereas same video works on other pc/device.

J ai le même problème. Cela semble venir du fait que le player ne supporte pas certains formats. Cependant la même vidéo fonctionne bien sur d autres appareils (pc inclus).

Quelle est la réponse du support ?
