Hi,

I have a Direto amd have tried to ride with the MyReal video on my laptop PC but whenever I try to play the video fails to load. The app works fine but it will not show video. Can you help please?

Please contact the customer care in this way: open my e-training Desktop, select the support icon (upper right corner) and follow the instruction there, so we will receive all the details about your machine.
