Misuro sensor not connecting

Dear Elite team
I had already tried some time ago with the help of your service to resolve my issue with the Misuro sensor: Sensor is seen by my Garmin edge device and connect if i push the inner button, but then the connection is lost when the sensor is put back in place and the data not transmitted.We checked wih your help on installation and so on, all fine, and so it never worked. I want again to try and solve it today in order to connect to Swift. Please advise if the replacement of the sensor could be a solution and if yes, how i can buy a new spare sensor.
