supercrono E force +misuro B+

good afternoon
I bought used elite roll supercrono E force roll works fine then I decided to connect with a zwift platform to do virtual training, after some research I saw that there is more B + this same device to incorporate on the roll, as my roll does not appear on the list, I just put 1 flashers,my difficulty and that I connect with zwift and detects misuro B + in the cadence and in the powersource start pedaling it only detects in the cadence but in the powersource it does not move. I used bluetooth from my laptop and phone and the problem continues.
I would like to know the solution for this, some configuration may be bad.
