Real Cyclic Redundance Error installing Alp d'Huez V2

I get an error message when installing Alp d'Huez V2 on my windows 10 computer - it says cyclic redundancy error. Thoughts on how to fix this so I can ride the video?

Hi

It seems that the file in the DVD is corrupted or that the DVD is ruined.
Please contact our customer care at [email protected] and they will send you a new DVD.
