bluetooth light DIRETO XR-T Direct Drive Trainer Item no. 20100533

I was prompted to doe a software update on my DIRETO XR-T Direct Drive Trainer , I got the plug caught on my show as i stood up so teh update stopped, now only the bluetooth light is flashing blue and neither the power or ant+ light are on. I tired turning off and on and deleting and redownloading the upgrado app but still nothing. I found an online warning that 'irreparable damage may occur if firmware update interrupted' ??? anyone able to help with this also why are elite selling an item that stops working if the it gets unplugged during update? this needs to be improved with a simple off/on option as reset to try update again instead off logging tickets or needing replacements
