Bluetooth connection from ELITE Direto to smartphone / tablets doesn't work

Hi all
I purchased and installed a new Elite Direto XR-T. Everything works fine
except the connection to My E-Training or Zwift App via Bluetooth.
The LEDs on the trainer are flashing as described in the manual. It's also
sometimes possible to recognize and register the trainer in the apps. But
after that, the LEDs are still flashing. In Zwift app, there is displayed
for a short time "connected", but then it switches to "no signal" and after
a few seconds back again to "connected". And so on and so on...
The used devices are a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite and a Samsung Galaxy S21
5G mobile. The devices aren't used on the same time. The distance between these devices and the Elite trainer is 1.5 metres. I checked connection also with moving the mobile devices close to the transmitter, but the behaviour was the same. The Bluetooth service is "on". Because the above discribed devices don't support ANT+, Bluetooth is preferred.
What possibilities do I have do solve this problem? (to buy a new smartphone/tablet is no option )
Thanks.
