Where can we get the software interface specification for using Elite direto XR-T in an App?

iOS: IOS 12.0 and up

Android: Android 4.0 and up

Windows: Windows 10 and up (min Intel Core i3 - 2GHz processor, 2GB RAM, 7200 rpm disk or SSD, 8MB video card)

MacOS: MacOS 10.12.0 and up

Do you mean that you're trying to write an app and connect to the trainer?
Our trainers use the standard ANT+ and BLE protocols, which are public. You can find them on the net.
