Elite Suito pairing

I recently purchased an Elite Suito trainer. I was able to pair it to my phone via the myETraing app but I am not able to pair it to my PC. I have confirmed that I have bluetooth 4.0. It just doesn't show up when I search for a bluetooth device. Any suggestions to connect this device to my PC? I'm using windows 10.
