Serviceticket not working

Hi,
I have tried several times last night and also this morning to register a serviceticket but always get the message "Ticketing service seems to be unavailable at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes"
My problem is that the resistance not working on my Direto. Your advice is to include a video and this is about 105 MB in size, maybe thats the problem?
