I have purchased a used Justo and want to use it via the gateway. Unfortunately, Zwift only finds the trainer here sporadically. In most cases the ANT+ or Bluetooth connection is found. How can I force a connection via the network cable?

To force a network cable connection for your Elite Justo in Zwift, ensure your trainer is properly connected via Ethernet and recognized in the Elite E-Training app. Then,Chill Guy Clicker temporarily disable ANT+ and Bluetooth to prevent Zwift from defaulting to those connections.

That's my problem. The Elite E-Training app does not recognize the Justo despite a correct connection via Ethernet. Not irregular either. The connection was carried out according to the operating instructions. Only ANT+ and Bluetooth are offered during configuration.
