Cant download videos after 18.4 upgrade

I upgraded to the latest software and now it cannot download any videos. Also, once the filter has searched once and the download fails, the filter cannot find the course again.... any recommendations?

Can you tell me exactly which error you get when you try to download a video?
I've just check and here it is working properly.
Also, please uninstall the software and install it again. Tell me if this solves the problem.
