I have my E-Training upgraded to 1.18.4 version installed on Windows 10 Home version 22H2 OS build 19045.2604. When I launched my E-Training, I am not able to see Trainer turned green long after my Heart Rate Monitor is activated and green. I always have to go to settings and remove my Suito, add it back in to see my Trainer indicator green. What could be the problem and how can I fix this?

If you try to connect to the trainer using a different device (for example a smartphone) are you able to connect it?

Yes, when I used my Android phone, I am able to connect it with no problem.
